STATUS – The Standardised Tenant Satisfaction Survey

Find out how satisfied your tenants are by using the new STATUS surveys, commissioned from us separately by the Housing Corporation, now the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) and Communities and Local Government (CLG).

 

The new surveys mean that social landlords can now consistently compare their residents’ satisfaction with the services they are receiving, as well as produce the performance indicators required by the TSA and CLG.

Housing associations

 

Download the STATUS surveys for housing associations, plus brief guidance on how to use them and information on benchmarking.

 

Housing associations managing 1,000 units or more have to use STATUS to collect information on tenant satisfaction for the Housing Corporation.
