Fair and Flexible: Draft statutory guidance on social housing allocations for local authorities in England

The National Housing Federation has responded to CLG's consultation on revised guidance for local authorities on devising their allocations schemes. We welcome the move towards more transparency and flexibility in allocations, although we would like to see more wide ranging debate and reform on a more fundamental level.
