Federation mailing lists


Helping you expand your client base within the housing sector


Do you want to target key contacts in the social housing sector? Our mailing lists provide a unique marketing opportunity to market your products and services to decision-makers with responsibility in specialist areas.


We offer a selection of lists, priced at £150+VAT for the first list and £50 per additional list you buy as part of the same order. Choose from the following job areas:

 

Asset management, Company secretaries, Corporate services, Customer services, Development, Finance, Housing management, HR & Staff training, IT, Maintenance, Marketing, Neighbourhood/Communities, PR, Procurement, Supported Housing

 

A members list is also available for an additional price, which is a complete listing of contact information for all member organisations.


What you need to know about our lists: 

  • your list will be provided to you in Excel format
  • each list can only be used once (we allow one email, one direct mail, one telesales)
  • list use will be monitored
  • we gather information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
  • if you buy more than one list you will need to de-dupe after merging
