We advise on all aspects of Affordable Housing and have a large client base spanning both the private and public sectors. We have been involved in a substantial number of PFI/PPP schemes and regeneration projects and are well known for advising local authorities on construction and partnering contracts. Other local government specialisms include stock transfer, housing market renewal, ALMOs, schools and universities, strategic partnerships and externalisation schemes, including care homes, maintenance services and leisure facilities.
