Federation responds to the Cabinet Office’s
procurement policy note 11/11 on the new proposed procurement
directives.

The European Commission published its draft revised Procurement
Directive on 20 December. The new proposed Directive will now go
through the EU legislative process and will be discussed both at
Council and EU Parliamentary level.
