Free web-based e-learning facility

For members who are providing their residents with access to the My Home Contents Insurance Scheme, we are also able to offer a free web-based e-learning facility which is aimed at front-line housing staff and explains some of the barriers tenants face in obtaining home contents insurance and how these barriers are overcome.
