The Federation subscriber scheme provides external organisations, who do not meet the Federation's membership criteria, an opportunity to:

12 month subscription fees - based on organisational category


Public and third sector subscribers:

  • £950+ (with an extra 30% discount for members of NCVO)

Private sector subscribers:

  • SME* £1500.00 + VAT
  • £5000.00 + VAT

* SMEs are defined as organisations with an annual turnover of £22.8 million or less.

What will you receive?

The National Housing Federation website

Your logo, a description of your organisation and a hyperlink to your own site will be featured on the Federation website, enabling you to showcase your organisation to our members and others interested in the sector.

Federation subscriber logo

The new Federation subscriber logo will be provided for use in your marketing and communication strategies, giving your organisation recognisable brand partnership and alignment with the organisation.

Mailing and email lists

You will receive three senior manager mailing lists each year allowing you to contact key social housing staff in areas such as: IT; marketing, development; finance; and asset management. You will also be sent an annual list of our members’ chief executives. All lists will be for one-time use.

Monthly news bulletin and email alerts

All of your employees will be able to register for monthly news bulletins and email alerts, keeping them up-to-date with the latest news in social housing, our views on important issues and our current campaigns.

Directory of members and Directory online

Each subscriber will receive a copy of the Directory of members and access to the Directory online, two of the biggest reference tools in social housing. These powerful resources provide immediate access to a wealth of member information and as a subscriber, your organisation will be featured in both. *Listings on printed Directory of Members will be included in the next printed issue from your date of subscription.

Sponsorship, advertising and exhibition packages

We will give you advance notice and specially discounted rates on a range of powerful and cost-effective ways to network with leaders in social housing. Opportunities include: advertising within the directory of members; inserts in conference delegate packs; exhibiting at conferences; and a wide variety of sponsorship packages.

Conferences and training courses

You will receive a discount of up to 25% on our fantastic selection of conferences and training courses, giving you the opportunity to hear from expert speakers and network with other professionals.

Books

The Federation publishes a variety of books written and edited by experts in their field to provide reliable information on a range of housing-related topics. As a Federation subscriber, you will receive a discount of up to 25% on all of our titles, supplying your staff with a comprehensive understanding of key issues in social housing.
