This event will support boards in considering and planning how their organisations can stay ahead of changes to the regulatory agenda.

Board members have consistently reported their concerns about navigating the regulatory landscape, particularly when it comes to IDAs and regulatory ratings.

Regulatory requirements have changed in recent years and could do so again in the future, with proposals on consumer regulation in the Social Housing Green Paper and around building regulations and fire safety.   

We will reflect on the Federation's work on Our Offer for Tenants  in addition to the regulatory approach to building safety since the Hackitt Review.

Speakers will include senior colleagues from the Regulator of Social Housing and an early adopter organisation currently working with the Government to pilot different approaches to building safety.
