Sandy Park Conference Centre, Sandy Park Way, Exeter, EX2 7NN
This event will bring together experts and stakeholders from within and outside the sector to share their insight and views, and facilitate discussions which will inform future strategy, organisational resilience and risk management.
The spotlight on housing associations to deliver has never been more intense.
We as a sector are being asked to help deliver the homes the country desperately needs, brokering a new relationship with tenants, compliance with the new fire safety regulation and a new Decent Homes Standard.
The challenge is stark and complexity is added by the current uncertain environment within which we operate.
The economic challenges of Brexit and a slowing housing market remain whilst a new government means we may be seeing political change for the sector over the coming months.
This event will bring together experts and stakeholders from within and outside the sector to share their insight and views, and facilitate discussions, which will inform future strategy, organisational resilience and risk management.
You will have the opportunity to hear the latest updates from expert speakers, join specialist discussions on the key topics affecting housing associations and network with financial specialists across the south west to build partnerships.
As well as retaining important strategic sessions on the economic and policy environment which are great value to all attendees this year we are creating a specific stream of sessions aimed at newer staff in the sector, board members as well a session for smaller housing associations.
