Share the video within your organisation
Everyone who works for a housing association has a network of customers, stakeholders, and friends and family. Sharing the video on your intranet or with colleagues is an easy way to communicate it to the best ambassadors the sector has – its staff.
Adapt the story to your organisation
The story is designed to be flexible so that individual housing associations can emphasise the areas which are most relevant to their work, or to the audience you want to communicate it to. We've provided a guide to help you do this, a template press release, and will soon be publishing some examples worked up by different housing associations.
Apply or nominate for our Influencing Academy
We’re launching a new, annual Influencing Academy where people interested in leading this work to transform perceptions of the sector can learn from the very best. The programme will include insights from a former No10 Special Advisor, practical ideas on how to influence with impact as well as a storytelling masterclass. Places are limited, so find out more how to apply or nominate someone to take part.
Come to a communications network
If you work in communications or public affairs, or do this on behalf of your organisation, come along to one of our regional communications networks or our Public Affairs Network where we’ll be running workshops on creative ways to get the story out there.
