The Government is consulting until 31 July on proposals that will shape new legislation.
The Government has announced a major consultation on the implementation of the Independent Review of Building Regulations and Fire Safety (Hackitt Review) recommendations.
The consultation, Building a Safer Future, runs until 31 July. Following the consultation, we expect the Government to put forward a Bill in Parliament in early 2020 to enact the required legislation.
