Annual report to tenants: a toolkit

 Under the new regulatory Standards, which have been in effect since 1 April, all registered providers (except those with fewer than 25 homes) are expected to produce annual performance reports for their tenants. To support landlords, and their tenants, in developing these reports, we have, in partnership with the LGA, TPAS and National Federation of ALMOs, commissioned HouseMark to produce a toolkit.
