Our work in 2010/11

Over the next three years, we will help housing associations to:
- Offer better access to homes and services
- Help vulnerable and older people to live independently (visit our Older people page)
- Create great places and homes
- Build cleaner, greener housing and neighbourhoods
- Secure the best funding for new homes and community improvement
And we will work hard to ensure our members are highly satisfied and engaged.
This document sets out the Federation's objectives for the next three years and outlines what we will do in 2010/11 to meet them.
At a challenging time for housing associations, a strong partnership between the Federation and its members is more vital than ever.
