The NHF is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our employees. We recognise that it’s essential that all staff achieve a good work-life balance, which is why we offer a range of flexible working options and practices. 

We take the mental health of our staff seriously and provide access to a range of resources:

  • Our employee assistance programme (EAP) with 24-hour access.
  • Trained Mental Health First Aiders.
  • Flexible working options.
  • Our family-friendly policies and procedures and enhanced family leave arrangement.

Staff are actively encouraged to have conversations with the People team and their line manager should they experience any mental health issues. Additional support is also offered through our occupational health service.
