My Home Energy Switch service update

Following customer feedback, we have chosen to close the My Home Energy Switch service and replace it with My Home Energy.

Please remove any My Home Energy Switch literature, URLs and telephone numbers from your offices, tenant information packs and websites with immediate effect. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

The new service - My Home Energy

Following a full energy market review, we will shortly be launching My Home Energy in association with Green Star Energy (winner of the Consumer Moneyfacts Awards Energy Provider of the Year 2016).

It will provide some of the most competitive rates in the market, particularly around pre-payment meters, in addition to first class levels of service and the ethical approach to energy supply we know is so important.

What about the free voids management service?

We are launching a brand new free voids management service in association with Green Star Energy.

How the new voids service is different

Under our new model every void that is managed through My Home Energy will start life on a competitive tariff delivered by our carefully selected partner – Green Star Energy.
