Housing associations are committed to the creation of inclusive and thriving communities.
Housing associations are key players in communities, not just as developers and landlords but also through their social investment role.
In 2010/11 housing associations spent over half a billion pounds investing in communities and into projects that help people manage their money and get out of debt, job skills classes, youth enterprise projects, apprenticeships and skills training programmes.
