Connecting housing and health – three new reports

The National Housing Federation has commissioned three independent reports from the New NHS Alliance and The King’s Fund on connecting housing and health.

20 September 2016

The reports illustrate how housing associations are already making the case to the health sector of the value of their services, maintaining and improving the health of residents and wider populations. They also look at what more can be done to promote the housing sector’s offer.

The three reports cover:

  1. Health professionals’ attitudes to evidence and the influence it has on decision making.
  2. Developing a business case for health and how the housing sector can go about making it stronger.
  3. The economic case for closer working between the housing and health sectors.

These reports are linked and we therefore recommend that they are read together.
