"We've created an environment where our people love to work because they're well managed, well rewarded and doing work that excites them."
Our people are professional, high-performing, dynamic individuals, and we make sure they have plenty of room to grow and develop. We work hard to establish a common purpose and direction; empowering our people to be bold, innovative and to challenge the status quo to make a real difference for housing associations and their tenants.
In 2017, we were rated a 1-star organisation by Best Companies and we’re ranked in the top 100 not-for-profits to work for in the UK. We’re really proud of this, particularly as the findings are based on what our employees think.
Our roles are varied; you could be working in external affairs, campaigns or communications or joining our busy events team. There are roles that work directly with our members, or with politicians and regulators to influence policy. You could be working in HR, IT or governance, supporting everyone to deliver our strategy and business plans.
Whatever your role, we'll provide the support you need to do your job brilliantly and take the next step in your career.
Our offices in London, Bristol and Manchester are vibrant, open-plan working environments, with plenty of opportunity to work collaboratively and flexibly. As we provide a service to members across England, a number of our customer-facing roles are home-based.
Our approach to diversity
We’re committed to developing a positive organisational culture that values people from all parts of the community and the contribution each individual makes to our work.
