Everyone involved with your business continuity plan must understand it fully and be able to put it into practice. This is best embedded by Biscon's scenario-based testing, which can include IT disaster recovery testing. 

Plan maintenance

A business continuity management system needs to be kept up to date. Not all organisations have the resource to keep on top of this and so Biscon offers a fully managed service, usually on a three year basis. Clients are increasingly outsourcing internal audits, management reviews and supplier audits. 

ISO standards

Biscon can assist with clients seeking certification to ISO 22301 for business continuity and/or to ISO27001, the industry best practice information security standard.
