For a modest annual investment, a housing provider can give all tenants access to this impartial service 24/7, 365 days a year, helping to improve tenant wellbeing and alleviate pressures for those working within a frontline and tenant facing role.
Tenants can call into the service directly, or where appropriate staff can signpost tenants to TSWS qualified specialists offering emotional support or specific advice.
