Our flagship service is providing modern Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and related counselling supports, however as Life & Progress has been well received by housing associations over the years, we have pioneered a unique support-service specific for tenants. This service is called the ‘Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service’ (TSWS) also referred to as Tenant Care.

We are located in the Midlands although we have established clients throughout the UK, plus many clients in the capital. The Tenant Support & Wellbeing Service (TSWS) is a telephone and online based service giving tenants around-the-clock access to confidential ‘support-in-the-moment’ counselling, professional advice and guidance, and practical information. For a modest annual investment, a housing association can give all their tenants access to this service 24/7, 365 days a year. Complete care for your tenants.
