The National Housing Federation (NHF) is the voice of housing associations in England, representing almost 600 housing association members that provide homes for around six million people.

Our housing association members offer social homes, shared ownership homes, some market homes to rent and buy, and essential supported and specialist housing. They also provide support for vulnerable people, invest in community services and regeneration, and reinvest their income into delivering their social purpose.

The NHF has over 80 years’ experience of working in the sector and understands how social landlords act and react. Our sector intelligence, and relationships with key decision makers are fundamental to the success of collaborative partnerships and campaigns with organisations looking to support our members.
