  • Salary: We offer competitive salaries, regularly benchmarked and reviewed, and we're proud to be a living wage employer.
  • Pension scheme: We know it's important to plan for your future, so we offer staff membership of a defined contribution pension scheme with the Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS).The minimum employee contribution rate is currently 3%.   • Life insurance: Membership of the SHPS pension scheme comes with life insurance. The cover provided by the policy is three times your salary.

We also offer an interest-free loan to help you with a deposit when renting a property.
