Find out about our business strategy for 2019-22.

Our vision is for a country where everyone can live in a good quality home they can afford. We believe housing associations are the key to making that vision a reality.

As their trade body, our mission is to create an environment where our members can thrive and deliver on their social purpose.

Over the next three years, we will do this by focusing on these important themes:


Promoting great quality, exemplified by building safety and customer service.


Building trust with tenants, partners, the public, policymakers and regulators.


Driving the delivery which will help end the housing crisis.

All the work we do will be underpinned by providing excellent service to our members and stakeholders.
