Last year we surveyed our members about our ambitions to revolutionise our digital services and develop a personalised housing hub. Now we need your help to turn that vision into reality.

Later this year we’ll be launching a new National Housing Federation website – and at its heart will be a personalised housing hub for our members.
You’ll be able to log in once and find relevant resources and news, updates on policy and consultations, chances to network with your peers, and more.
You can keep track of the events and workshops you’re attending and see who else in your organisation, and across the sector, is coming.
It’s part of our commitment to be as relevant to each and every one of our members as we can be, putting you right at the heart of everything we do. We hope it will make it easier than ever to access the vital updates and resources you need. But to do this, we need your help.
Help test our new housing hub
We’re currently developing the website and designing a new structure based on member research, analysis of the use of our current website, and web design good practice.
Although our proposals are based on research, it’s essential that we test them with our members to ensure that they meet your needs. That’s why we’re looking for volunteers to take part in user testing sessions over the next month.
We’ll then use this feedback to develop a prototype, which we’ll run further testing on before launching the new website in the autumn.
