The National Housing Federation is developing a new campaign on shared ownership – which will boost the profile of this great product across the country on a scale that’s never been done before.
We know that housing associations have been providing shared ownership for decades, but awareness and understanding among the public is not as high as it deserves to be and misconceptions are growing.
Right now, associations are delivering more shared ownership than ever before, so we believe this is the perfect time to take an ambitious look at this great product.
That’s why we’re launching a new campaign to explain shared ownership with one voice, creating a strong, consistent and recognisable brand, and redefining what it is – and isn’t.
How will we do this?
- Awareness – run a national advertising campaign using our new brand to market shared ownership to the public
- Understanding – we’ll create a new brand and narrative for shared ownership that the sector is proud to champion
- Experience – create a campaign website and portal that will educate the public about shared ownership is helping you myth-bust common customer questions
Members have fed into this project at every stage and now we need members to help us take this forward and promote our new brand to the public.
This webinar will focus on the next steps of the project and will explain how members can sign up, what’s included in the toolkit and will outline how you can support this project. The session will be chaired by Ella Cheney, Campaigns Officer at the National Housing Federation and presenters will be confirmed before the webinar.
