Book your place now

1:30pm - 4:15pm, 29 March 2019
The Guinness Partnership, 30 Brock Street, Regent's Place, LONDON, NW1 3FG

Speakers from the DWP and housing associations will discuss the progress and experience of Universal Credit so far, how best to manage changes to come and what Universal Credit means for tenants and housing associations.

2018 saw the completion of a full service rollout for Universal Credit across the country and in 2019 we can expect to see further developments with managed migration and a refreshed Universal Support service.

This is one of several joint Federation and DWP events to help your organisation:

  • understand the latest policy changes in Universal Credit
  • Stay informed on the latest developments concerning managed migration
  • consider the impact on tenants and understand new routes of referral to Universal Support.
