September

  • National Housing Awards, 5 September – campaign stand at event
  • Campaign supporters to continue adding their homes onto Property Booking portal
  • National Housing Summit 2019 – campaign exhibit throughout conference

October

  • Campaign webinar 1 October - update on revised campaign launch plans/our advertising strategy, ideas on using the hub (co-branding opportunities), update on our PR/Public Affairs launch, how supporters can prepare for the January 2020 launch
  • Campaign Hub for supporters is live for download
  • sharedownership.net website goes live

November/ December

  • Work with campaign supporters on their organic and paid-for marketing activities
  • Gain cross-party support for the Federation’s Shared Ownership Campaign
  • Establish relationships with the government and decision makers to demonstrate the benefits of shared ownership and dispel any existing myths

January 2020

  • National advertising launch: first burst of advertising activity across multi-channel
  • National and regional media story
  • Parliamentary event and launch
  • Various actions and activities for supporters

February/ March

  • National advertising continues (digital focus)
  • Content partnership

April onwards

  • The campaign to explore the shared ownership experience and satisfaction
