Update on our sector intelligence survey

We’d like to thank everyone who completed our sector intelligence survey. Your feedback enables us to understand your business better, so we can continue to improve our services and work on the issues that matter most to you.  

Initial findings 

We’re currently reviewing the responses and prioritising areas for further analysis. In the meantime, we wanted to share some of our initial findings:

  • 97% of properties belonging to the members who responded meet the Decent Homes Standard – based on responses from 165 organisations.
  • On average, of the 31,228 repairs reported, 93% were completed on time – based on 89 responses.
  • 91% of tenants and residents were satisfied with their repairs and maintenance, based on responses from 125 organisations. This is 2% higher than the overall customer satisfaction.

Response rate

We received 226 completed surveys, representing a 35% response rate. This is an increase on last year. This is considered to be a high response rate, and likely to be representative of the overall views of our members.

As a thank you to all of those who responded, we’ve donated £340 to the Grenfell Foundation.

Next steps 

Once we’ve completed our analysis, we’ll share the results and explain how we intend to respond to them.
