Building Safety in Housing 2021

Nothing is more important to housing associations than the safety of the people living in their homes. While housing associations across the country are working to manage and mitigate the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on their services, staff and residents, the government has also made it clear that making buildings safe, including progressing with remediation work, remains a priority.

Help shape Building Safety in Housing 2021

We want to showcase the most cutting-edge, innovative approaches being taken throughout the sector to engage with members, government and stakeholders on key building safety issues.

We’re open to your suggestions, but some key themes that we’re particularly looking to focus on include:

  • Engaging residents on fire and building safety.
  • Ensuring a golden thread of information about your buildings.
  • Working with partners to deliver high quality new homes.
  • Providing assurance to your board on safety issues.
  • Supporting colleagues to create a culture of safety in your organisation.

Deadline for submissions: Friday 21 August
