Our latest industry research tells us that key areas of interest for housing treasurers this year include rising regeneration and asset management costs, the transition from LIBOR to SONIA, foreign investment opportunities, sustainable investment and ESGs.

So, we’ve designed Treasury in Housing 2020 to support housing associations to maximise their appeal to domestic and international investors, determine how best to balance cashflow and investment priorities in the context of rising regeneration and asset management costs, optimise returns on investments and evaluate treasury strategies and new investment vehicles for supporting key business plan objectives.

New for this year:

  • More content and more choice to benefit your whole treasury team. Choose from four streams of content
  • A new focus on optimising your treasury function with sessions on achieving excellence in technology, skills and talent development
  • Full day stream dedicated to peer-to-peer discussions on sharing knowledge and experiences of raising finance and negotiating terms
  • Essential sector updates on LIBOR to SONIA and how to manage the transition process
  • Out of sector case studies and insights from the corporate treasury space
  • Foreign investors will share their views on the UK social housing market
