Effective use of data and research can play a key role in developing and delivering a housing association’s board strategy – strengthening decision making and improving governance. Board members have told us this is an area of work they’d like to hear more about – from their peers as well as the Federation.

You’ll hear:

  • Reflections on how evidence can be used to inform decision-making from the NHF’s Head of Research, Tristan Carlyon.
  • A board’s eye view of using research and evidence in the board room
  • An overview of data reporting to boards and a discussion of what works well, from one of the Federation’s business partners.
