Housing association boards have a crucial role to play in ensuring their organisation has a strong relationship with its residents. The National Housing Federation’s Together With Tenants initiative has been established to support housing associations in understanding their relationship with tenants and rebalance where necessary. The initiative is being continually informed by the Together With Tenants Tenant Panel and the work of a group of early adopters. The TwT initiative complements the development of a new governance code.

You’ll hear:

  • An overview of the political and regulatory environment in relation to tenant engagement, from the NHF’s Director of Policy, Catherine Ryder.
  • Views of tenants directly, from members of the TwT Tenant Panel.
  • A Board’s eye view as two board members from TwT early adopters share their experiences of how to create the right culture.
