Supply Conversation

How can the sector deliver more homes?

We’ve been holding a sector-wide conversation with our members to explore how we can build more homes.

We wanted to talk about how housing associations’ own experiences of supply, identify what the barriers are to building more, and think about what can do differently to overcome them.

At member events up and down the country designed to share and discuss ideas, we worked together start to tackle some of the big issues.

We're now focusing on the strongest ideas to come out of the conversation, across four main themes:

  • Partnerships
  • Skills
  • Risk
  • Ambition

We've published an interim report that looks at these findings in more detail. We’re now working with our members on taking these ideas further so we can help housing associations meet their ambition of developing more homes.
