Consumer regulation one year on: Learning from the Ombudsman and inspections

This webinar explored key learnings a year on from the implementation of the new regulatory regime.

Members had the opportunity to hear from the Regulator of Social Housing, the Housing Ombudsman, and a housing sector leader.

Together, we shared insights from recent inspections and cases, focusing on what works well and what are the opportunities. Members also discussed how learnings from complaints are being embedded and how they are working alongside residents to inform and challenge current policies.
