Developing a Building Safety Case briefing

The Building Safety Bill will introduce a requirement for housing associations to submit a tailored Building Safety Case to the Building Safety Regulator for each occupied higher-risk residential building they have legal responsibility for under the Bill.

Our briefing is intended to help you begin putting together your Building Safety Cases, and prepare for the new building safety regulations.
