Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Regional Round Tables: South West England

Following the launch of our National report, National Housing Federation - How diverse is England’s housing association workforce in 2023?, we hosted a roundtable for the South West England.

This roundtable explored the region’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion data breakdown. Curo housing discussed the role of housing associations in improving organisational diversity and shared examples of their work to achieve this.

Afterwards, members were invited members to discuss the report, considering barriers to collecting data, what support the NHF could offer and the steps members take to maintain equitable access to housing.
