29 July 2025

Leasehold and service charge reform will bring significant changes to the way housing associations manage homes and recover the cost of major repairs. The Government is currently consulting on measures to strengthen protections for leaseholders and improve transparency for all residents who pay a service charge.

In this webinar members heard directly from a Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government official about the latest reforms and the implications for members managing leasehold properties.
