Making every contact count: one year on

In October 2024 we launched Making every contact count, a full exploration of how housing associations of different types and sizes can use routine and planned interactions with residents as opportunities to gather information about the conditions of their homes and their needs.

This information can be used to proactively identify the quality of homes and the support needs that housing associations should address.

One year on, this webinar reflected on how this is working in practice, if there are any opportunities and what further steps can be taken to improve how we collect and use information about homes and residents.
