Our response to the government’s latest planning reform

The government has committed to delivering 1.5 million homes this Parliament. In their latest planning reform consultations, they invite views on further action the government should take to speed up homes being built, on the government’s plan to improve build out transparency, and on options for reforming site thresholds within the planning system.

We’ve responded to three consultations by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
