Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund - Wave 2 briefing

Housing associations have started preparation for their Social Housing Decarbonisation (SHDF) bids and an important part of the process is getting to grips with the fund's policies and eligibility criteria.

The SHDF wave two-bid window is expected to open in late August/early September 2022 so now is the time to get fully funded support from the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator (SHRA) team.

In our latest briefing session, members have the opportunity to learn more about wave two of the SHDF. This includes reviewing the latest guidance released by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) to help kick-start your organisation’s retrofit project. There’s further learning and information on the funding available, which retrofit measures can be funded, and how to develop your bid.
