Supported housing and positive health outcomes webinar

24 April 2023

The NHF has worked with 13 members and Imogen Blood Associates to conduct research into the value of supported housing in achieving positive health outcomes for social housing residents.

The research findings show that supported housing providers play an important role in assisting their residents to access key NHS and health-related services, leading to better outcomes for them and improving their wellbeing. However, our research has also found that the NHS is not fully aware of the benefits and impact of supported housing and providers should consider how they promote their services.

This webinar reviews strategies and different approaches to improving health outcomes for supported housing residents in social housing. Find out how supported housing services can work with the NHS and other health services and how to promote supported housing for all those who need it.
