Together with Tenants: a resident's perspective webinar

23 January 2023

In 2019, the National Housing Federation (NHF) launched Together with Tenants to provide an effective framework enabling residents to work collaboratively with their landlords and hold them to account.

Together with Tenants embodies all the great work happening across the sector to create positive relationships with residents. But it also challenges our sector to go further – presenting an opportunity for housing associations to take the lead in accountability and resident oversight.

This webinar provides residents with the opportunity to come together and hear more about Together with Tenants directly from the perspective of social housing residents.

Hear from Valerie Oldfield, Chair of the NHF’s Tenant Advisory Panel who explains how the initiative has effectively been put into practice by housing associations and the positive impact it's made to service delivery.

Early adopters South Yorkshire Housing Association also review the benefits of implementing Together with Tenants providing examples of how the initiative has strengthened relationships with residents.
