Housing associations are perfectly placed to work with their local authority partners to help negotiate and deliver devolution deals in their communities, ensuring the best housing solutions.
In September 2017, we published our devolution offer to reflect the importance of devolution for housing associations, and set out how we can help them to rise to the challenges and opportunities it presents. We promise to help housing associations influence devolution to create the best possible environment for social housing and your customers. We think this work falls broadly into three areas:
The Devolution hub is at the heart of how we will deliver our promises. Sitting alongside the support provided locally by External Affairs Managers, this will be the one stop shop for all your housing and devolution needs. If you have an idea about how to make it better, we'd love to hear it.
