A practical guide to estimating costs and benefits of employment and skills programmes at housing associations

Employment and training programmes have moved up the agenda of many housing associations. However, some remain uncertain about how employment and skills projects should be resourced and how the outcomes and impact can be assessed and measured in order to provide evidence for monitoring and funding purposes.  

The Federation has developed a cost-benefit guide and template, which housing associations can use to demonstrate the role that they play in supporting those who are out of work into further skills, employment support and work.
