Universal Credit survey

We regularly collect information from housing associations about their experience of Universal Credit to inform our policy and influencing work.

Every quarter we survey our members about their experiences of Universal Credit and its impact on tenants.

The latest survey is live until the 23 July, and you can access the survey here.

We strongly encourage our members to respond to this. Your responses help us to build an evidence base about Universal Credit – its administration, policies and how it affects tenant arrears and risk of eviction.

We share the results with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and your feedback informs our wider policy and influencing work. Click here to find out more about what we're currently calling for.

If you have any questions about the survey or would like to see reports from previous results, please contact Anya Martin, our Senior Researcher.
