London regional meetings

London Leaders Forum

The London Leaders Forum meets quarterly to discuss the key issues facing the capital. It acts as a place where senior housing association staff can share information, challenges, expertise and best practice on the strategic issues that matter to them, as well as influencing the NHF’s work.

The forum chair is Anita Khan, Chief Executive of Tower Hamlets Community Housing, and the vice chair is Kate Franklin, Chief Executive of Gateway Housing.

London Chairs Network

We are trialing a new, virtual London Chairs Network to create a space for chairs from across the capital to connect, share insights and hear the latest from the NHF on policy and political engagement work.

We want these meetings to be informative and practically useful, with agendas based on what chairs would most like to discuss with sector colleagues.

Initial feedback on topics of interest include:

• The political environment in London and nationally.
• Board culture.
• Strategic versus operational balance.
• Risk.
• Impact of new regulations.
