Health and the condition of homes

11 January 2024

This webinar shares good practice from housing associations working to understand the health needs of their residents and linking this with work to improve the condition of their homes.

With increased focus on the potential health impacts of living with damp and mould, it is now clear that housing associations play a significant role in supporting the health of their residents.

In addition, both new consumer regulation and the Better Social Housing Review emphasise that housing associations must understand the individual circumstances of their residents, and tailor services accordingly to promote good health among residents. We will be supporting NHF members in their work to do this through Knowing our Homes
