Implementation of the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act

On 16 April, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) published its long-awaited consultation response on the implementation of the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act. The response contains a number of welcome amendments to proposals which show the government has listened to the sector’s concerns.

During this webinar, we heard about the response in detail, what it means for housing associations and next steps on implementation.
