Together with Tenants revised plan and charter

Following extensive feedback from our two-month consultation, we have published a revised version of the Together with Tenants plan and charter.

We published our draft Together with Tenants plan in February 2019, setting out four actions we believe are key to creating a stronger relationship between tenants, residents and housing associations. The plan was subject to a two-month open consultation between February and April, through which we gathered more than 2,500 responses. 

We have taken the time to analyse all of the feedback we received, much of it from tenants and residents, and have published our revised plan and charter. We also explain how we intend to take each of the four actions forward, and set out a clearer, more simple set of charter commitments. Our Tenant Advisory Panel and Member Steering Group have played a key role in shaping this revised plan. 

This is the version of the plan that our early adopter organisations will be testing and evaluating. We have 130 early adopter organisations, who will work with their tenants and residents to implement the plan and share their learnings and experiences.
