Chirpy Heat is the UK’s leading supplier of independent heat network support and guidance to housing providers. Their aim is to provide simply better heat networks for housing providers, their customers and our net zero future.

Chirpy Heat was established by its co-founders because of their direct experience of working for housing providers managing heat networks. It has quickly grown with a nationwide team that works with 65 housing and heat networks operators. They manage over 25% of the UK’s communal and district heating.

By having this clear focus on creating simply better heat networks, Chirpy Heat reduces management and customers costs, reliability issues and complaints whilst improving services and ensuring you are compliant with current and future regulation.

The team provides advice and support for all aspects of heat networks, ‘from the plantroom to boardroom’ including customer service, tariffs, technical support, operation and maintenance, compliance and governance and the design and development of new schemes.

Discount to NHF members

Chirpy Heat offers a discount to NHF members for its specialist Heat Network training, which is DESNZ grant funded.

The training will cost £50 per person for National Housing Federation members (normally £100 per person).
